From 1 November 2010 onwards, consignors and consignees of import and export articles and their agencies in North China must make customs declarations in accordance with the standardized product names (Harmonized Codes) and specifications requirements indicated in the “Catalog of Import and Export Articles' Standardized Customs Declaration by China Customs”.
